The health, safety, and wellbeing of all participants, speakers, partners, and staff are a priority for Bosphorus Mining Connect. The forum will be planned and delivered in accordance with applicable local regulations, venue safety requirements, and recognised best practices for international events.
The Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, as the forum venue, provides a professionally managed environment with established health and safety procedures in place. Other selected hotels associated with the event either form part of international hotel groups or are well-established local brands, and are expected to operate in line with comparable health, safety, and service standards.
In preparation for the forum, the venue, selected hotels, planned networking locations, and key service providers have been initially reviewed by the organising team. These locations and partners will be revisited and monitored in the lead-up to the event to ensure ongoing alignment with agreed operational, safety, and service standards.
Sustainability considerations will be incorporated into the planning and delivery of the forum where practicable. These include efforts to optimise resource use, minimise unnecessary waste, and work collaboratively with the venue and service providers to support responsible event operations, while maintaining a high-quality participant experience.
Participants are expected to follow on-site guidance and instructions issued by the venue, hotels, and event organisers. Any relevant updates or specific guidance related to health, safety, or sustainability will be communicated in advance of the forum where appropriate.
