Bosphorus Mining Connect is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and constructive environment for all participants. This Code of conduct applies to all attendees, speakers, partners, service providers, and organisers throughout the duration of the forum and any related activities.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and considerate manner at all times. The forum is designed to encourage constructive dialogue, efficient use of time, and meaningful engagement among participants from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
Conduct that may undermine a respectful, inclusive, or productive environment—including behaviour that is unprofessional, inappropriate, or disruptive, or the misuse of forum access, meeting formats, or networking opportunities—is inconsistent with the spirit and objectives of Bosphorus Mining Connect and should be avoided.
The forum producer and organising team share responsibility for promoting these standards of conduct and for supporting an environment that remains professional, constructive, and conducive to meaningful engagement throughout the event.
All participants are expected to comply with applicable laws, venue policies, and reasonable instructions issued by the organisers and venue staff in connection with the safe and orderly delivery of the forum.
Participation in Bosphorus Mining Connect is deemed to constitute acceptance of this Code of conduct by all attendees, speakers, partners, and other participants for the duration of the event and any related activities.
Any concerns or issues relating to conduct may be raised with the organising team and will be addressed discreetly and with due consideration, in a manner consistent with the objectives and values of the forum.
